It is not uncommon to have tensions in certain parts of your body. To understand where these tensions can come from, we must first understand the basic mechanics of the human body.

1.The structure of the human body is made up of bones;

2. This structure is held in place by  muscles;

3. Each of these muscles pulls in its respective working directions in such a way that our structure remains firmly anchored in an appropriate and comfortable axis.

If due to a lack of physical activity, the muscles are no longer under tension, the bones are no longer held securely in the appropriate position. This in turn may lead to a displacement of the bone structure causing pain.
If on the contrary we practice a physical activity without much attention to the health aspect of the practice, the following situation arises.  At first it seems very  positive to exercise, but in the medium term one may over work certain muscle groups than others. This in turn creates an imbalance which can also have an impact on the displacement of the bone structure.

1. Maintain muscles under tension through a regular physical activity;

2. Work smarter and in a balanced manner.

TTM offers you work outs aligned with health objectives. The program is balanced and varied and adapted to your level. Most importantly, it aims to to make your body work in its totality in order to guarantee a constant and homogeneous muscle tension.

To ensure  quality and efficiency in your movements, TTM has set up a video database available accessible to TTM members on YouTube.

A filmed weekly lesson is prepared by our expert coach Jérémy and posted online for TTM Members. This is to provide an overview and explanation necessary for the smooth running of your work outs and will help you learn exactly what needs to be done for your session.

Each session proceeds as follows:

  • Warm-Up

Work in isometry : Isometric work corresponds to a muscular contraction without the movement of the body. This type of exercise is easy to set up and brings many benefits, mainly strengthening of the deep muscles.
At TTM, we use isometric warm-up as it allows to heat the muscles without the risk of false movements.

Work with an elastic band : Movements with the elastic band are often used in physiotherapy for rehabilitation. This helps strengthen smaller muscles that are struggling to be active as larger muscles often take up all the effort. The use of an elastic band for  warm-up is very effective in activating without over attacking the smaller muscles that would have just started to be involved in movements.

  • Mobility

As explained above under the basic mechanics of the human body,  you will understand that the human body is flexible. Lack of flexibility can also cause pain. This is why it is essential to work on flexibility to prevent injuries.

  • Dynamic exercises

Once the warm up is completed, and the body is prepared and made ready for the work out, you can now begin enjoying your sessions. In this phase of the program, various movements are put together, intended to burn calories but above all to bring you a healthy  movement pattern that you can reproduce in your everyday life.
The exercises are to be carried out as dynamically as possible with utmost attention to the accuracy of the movement, which will on the whole bring benefits to your body.

1. Four days of lessons as described above;

2. A day of cardio exercise for your heart. After all, the heart is also a muscle;

3. A day of mobility without physical exercises. This will ensure relaxation;

4. One day of rest in the week, i.e. Sunday;

5. The programming is flexible and self-paced. It adapts to your schedule. You can therefore plan your cardio or mobility classes on the days of your preference.
